Hi Sean. First of all, I need to say this is a great article an amazing framework to find product-market fit. Thank you so much for share your knowledge.

I have just one question: I did this same question in an interview with a customer “How would you feel if you could no longer use [ProductName]” and I felt that the customer seemed to be worry and very uncomfortable with this question. The customer reaction was “Are you gonna kill this product? What am I going to do?” I didn’t like the sensation that we created in our relationship product-customer, although seems to be we achieved the product-market fit. Did you experience some feedback like that? There are other ways to do the same question avoiding this worried sensation?
